Chris·Dyer - Vicar I became Vicar of St. Edmund's and St. Matthew's, Darley Abbey in Summer 2006. I am enjoying being here. My previous ministry was at Morton, Shirland and Stonebroom. Although I was born a Southerner I have lived in Derbyshire since the age of 18. |

Caroline Rhodes - Curate I trained at Ripon College Cuddesdon and became curate of St Edmund's and St Matthew's in summer 2010. Previously I worked as a pharmacist in shops and hospitals. I greatly prefer life as a priest!

Gladys Adlington I’m an older Reader who knew Allestree as a small village with many farms, a carttrack through fields to Quarndon, and a vicar who walked to visit parishoners. I like to keep in touch with house-bound people who wish to be part of our Church, by visiting or taking round reserved Holy Communion. |
